It has been 2 and a half years since I have had a price increase and in that time every single element used to make my nappies has increased in price including shipping prices to have those fabrics/notions delivered to me.
It is no longer financially viable for me to absorb these price increases so I from 1st June 2011 my prices will increase in accordance with the following schedule:
Base nappy price - Full minky print or cotton print - $37.50
Embroidered Nappy - up to 2 fabric choices and 1 embroidery design - $46.50
Stripey Splicey - front of nappy only, minky only - additional flat fee - $9
The good news that comes with all of this is that you will now have the option of having more than 1 embroidery design on your custom nappies, though there will be a cost - each and every additional element will cost you an extra $9.
And some more brilliant news - POSTAGE - the across the board price rise also includes an element of registered post. From now on all Flattery nappies will be posted by registered post, some of this will be absorbed by me and will result in a flat fee postage of $6.00 for up to 2 nappies. For 3 or more nappies there will be a flat fee postage of $11.00. If you manage to nab more than 3 nappies at a stocking I will invoice you this additional postage seperately.
Express post will be available if you would like to get your nappies faster, but this WILL NOT be available on orders paid by Paypal. If you would like express post and have paid by Direct Debit your postage will still be $6.00 but you will need to email me to advise that you would like express instead of registered.
Just in explanation of my preference for registered over express, Registered post must be signed for by the addressee giving further security than express which can still go to the wrong address and has no proof of delivery making claims from Australia Post difficult.

In-stock items - Payments are due within 3 hours of completing Checkout. If paying by direct debit a receipt is to be emailed with 3 hours of checkout.
If I do not receive your paypal payment or receipt within 3 hours I will immediately relist your items without contacting you. I do not chase payments.

RETURNS
Please check the sizing page carefully. The sizing of nappies made with the Darling Diapers Pattern is fairly different to a lot of other nappies on the market. You may find that your child who fits a large in every nappy you buy will fit a medium Flattery Nappy. Please take careful notice of the sizing information (not limited to the weight) - your child's measurements are more important. For example if your child is bigger around the waist than the largest waist measurement for a size, the nappy will be too big and may not work properly. It is your responsibility to make sure you are purchasing the correct size as returns will not be accepted on the basis of fit.
Returns will only be accepted on nappies that are physically flawed in some way - under no circumstances will I accept returns on nappies if you have "changed your mind" or dislike my interpretation of your custom request. By making the choice to have a custom nappy made by me you are trusting me to make small design choices like thread colours and applique fabrics, if you don't think you can trust my creative choices in this way, please only order in-stock nappies.
Returns will not be accepted on in-stock nappies appearing different to what you see on your screen - all screens will show colours differently so please keep this in mind when ordering
GUARANTEE
Products manufactured by me have a 6 month guarantee strictly dependant on following of care instructions and proof of purchase being provided. The guarantee is only available to the original customer. If an item is not cared for in accordance with my recomendations I cannot offer the guarantee and will not accept returns. In the event of a workmanship fault, please contact me directly.
Rectification in accordance with the guarantee will be as follows.
Option 1: Repair of fault
