Once an in-stock item is added to your cart, it will show as "sold out" in the store. There is a time limit of 15 minutes for you to take this item through the check out system - in the event that you do not check out within this period the item will be returned to available for sale. This gives a chance to anyone else who may have been interested in the item to cart it and check out.
In-stock items - Payments are due within 24 hours completing Checkout.
Pre-order customs - As for in-stock products your payment for a pre-order is due within 24 hours. If you cannot pay for your pre-order straight away please let me know and I will move your name to the end of the custom list. When I get to your spot in the list I will start making your items if full payment has been received, if I have not received your payment I will cancel your pre-order.
LAYBYS - I do not offer layby on in-stock items. Please advise if you would like to lay-by your pre-order customs - I will move your order to the end of the list and start it when your bill has been paid in full.
CREDIT CARDS - To make a credit card payment please choose "paypal" at checkout to complete the transaction.

Please check the sizing page carefully. The sizing of nappies made with the Darling Diapers Pattern is fairly different to a lot of other nappies on the market. You may find that your child who fits a large in every nappy you buy will fit a medium Flattery Nappy. Please take careful notice of the sizing information (not limited to the weight) - your child's measurements are more important. For example if your child is bigger around the waist than the largest waist measurement for a size, the nappy will be too big and may not work properly. It is your responsibility to make sure you are purchasing the correct size as returns will not be accepted on the basis of fit.
Products manufactured by me have a 6 month guarantee strictly dependant on following of care instructions and proof of purchase being provided. The guarantee is only available to the original customer. If an item is not cared for in accordance with my recomendations I cannot offer the guarantee and will not accept returns. In the event of a workmanship fault, please contact me directly.
Rectification in accordance with the guarantee will be as follows.
